Ian Fleming
Ian Fleming started his production career in New London Connecticut while attending Connecticut College for Theatre Production. While working with the Flock Puppetry Troupe he quickly made connections that allowed him to collaborate with industry leaders like Jennifer Tipton and Sesame Street.
Moving to New Orleans in 2000, Ian began his music production focus at House of Blues and later touring with Galactic, and working with the Neville Brothers.
In 2004 Ian gained more experience in the rigors of political advertising while production managing at the then leading agency, MSHC in Washington, DC. In 2006 the music industry's sway pulled him to Chicago where he returned to live entertainment production.
In 2008 he oversaw the lighting for the Black Keys while still overseeing multiple productions in the Chicago Area.
Over the last 15 years Ian has freelanced for LiveNation, PRG, RZI, Upstaging, and many other industry leaders as well as leading lighting departments at multiple rental houses. He is an accomplished rigger with over 10,000 hrs and has knowledge of every aspect of live production.
